INGREDIENTS
L-ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 100 %.

PURPOSE
To supplement a diet with vitamin C, food vitaminisation. Vitamin C helps maintain a normal immune system, protects cells from oxidative damage, reduces fatigue, restores the reduced form of vitamin E, and improves the absorption of iron. It helps to maintain a normal collagen level, which is needed for normal blood vessels, cartilage, teeth and gums, and skin formation. Vitamin C helps maintain normal metabolism, nervous system functions, and psychological well-being.

USAGE
Adults may consume 1 g per day (1250 % vitamin C NRV*). 1.0 g of powder (up to ¼ teaspoon) can be drunk after dissolving in warm water, tea or juice.
