INGREDIENTS
Propolis dry extract (standardized propolis liquid extract, containing not less than 10% phenolic compounds, corn starch), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), gelatin.

USAGE
Bee Bread chewable pastilles: Adults may chew 2-3 pastilles, children over 3 years may consume 1-3 pastilles per day. The recommended daily intake of content (3 pastilles) contains bee bread 1,455 g (NRV* indeterminate) and 45 mg of vitamin C (56,25% NRV*).
Propolis capsules: Adults 1-2 capsules 2 times per day, for children from 3 years 1 capsule 2 times per day with a glass of water.
The recommended daily intake (4 capsules) contains 1160 mg propolis dry extract (116 mg of propolis phenolic compounds) (NRV* indeterminate) and 12 mg vitamin C (15 % NRV*).

Vitamin C helps maintain a normal immune system, protects cells from oxidative damage, improves the absorption of iron. Vitamin C helps maintain normal metabolism, nervous system functions.

*NRV – nutrient reference values.

Not recommended for people allergic to the product components.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
